Work: I spent the summer of 2006 working for Squidoo, a New York based web-company that is doing amazing things. Megan Casey, Seth Godin, Gil Hildebrand, Corey Brown, and Heath Row were all more than a pleasure to work with.
Work: Fall 2006 - Just finished up a new website for Goelzer and Associates, an up and coming software development company.
Experiment: Here's a little design prototype design I created for a client before doing something totally different:

I design simple, useful, and cutting edge user interfaces, as well as CSS / HTML web pages built on web standards.
If you already have a website I can help you incrementally improve it, to tinker with it (in the words of Seth Godin), and help it adjust to new demands.
On Web Design:
Web design is a tool that can make you remarkable. It can make your company look beautiful, it can make your SEO skyrocket, it can trumpet your story and even make people pay attention to what you're doing. If you're a web company then your website is the interface to everything you do, and good web design and user interface can mean the difference between a hundred people poking their heads in and quickly leaving and a few thousand people checking you out and telling all their friends.
That's all to say that great web design is about whole a lot more than pushing pixels and writing cross-platform CSS. Its also about making your company friendly, making it easy to figure out who you are and what your story is, and, most importantly, about making your ideas spread.
